First time in belly dance? Then this is for you! This is where you start; We will focus on  break down of some basic belly dance steps followed by a simple choreography, and will include a brief introduction to the history, context, and philosophy of belly dance. Participants will experience a great no-impact workout however the goal  is learning the verbiage, proper posture & being introduced to the different facets of Mid-East Dance.
